A Law Enforcement Agency (LEA), is an agency responsible for the enforcement of the laws/by-laws, set out for a peaceful functioning of its Governing Body, including sister concerns, branches or subsidiary bodies. Basically, its an authority or office specified in a statute as the body responsible for ensuring compliance with its provisions. For the duties to be held responsibly by these agencies, a special set of rules & regulations are always considered to be a helpful tool, for its transparent actions. Whether, the actions are conducted on papers or in physical appearance, are supposed to be enforced within the prescribed set of its Rules & Regulations. Any odd situations, like mistreat or misbehavior or false intentions that jeopardize the status or superiority of the Governing Body, are usually held responsible for de-moralizing the Code Of Conducts, of the enforcement agency.
In such situations, strict actions are undertaken, while bringing the matter in front of the tribunal and hence, are expected to be justified, fairly, in the court of law.
